Fabric
Covered against manufacturing defects for the manufacturer's stated period. Fading from direct sunlight over time is not a defect.
Mechanism and motor
Covered per the manufacturer's warranty, stated on your quote. Batteries and chargers usually carry a shorter term.
Hardware
Rods, tracks, brackets and finials carry the manufacturer's warranty.
Installation workmanship
Covered by us for a period to be confirmed by the client. Covers mounting, levelling, anchoring and programming.
Making a claim
Call or email with your order number and a photo. We schedule the visit; warranty work is not charged.
