Terms of sale and use
Ordering, deposits, changes, cancellation of custom orders and the limits of what we promise.
Draft placeholder. Per section 9 of the brief, legal texts are prepared or reviewed by the client's attorney or an approved service - we only publish them.
Quotes and orders
Quotes are valid for a stated period and become an order when you approve them and pay the agreed deposit.
Custom orders
Custom items are made to your measurements and selections and cannot be cancelled or returned once fabrication has begun, except for defects.
Stock items
Unused stock items in original packaging may be returned within the period stated in Shipping and Returns.
Installation
Access, parking and a safe working area are the customer's responsibility. Concealed wiring, pipework or unsound substrates may require additional work, quoted before we proceed.
Limitation
Our liability is limited to the value of the order. Nothing here removes rights you have under Nebraska consumer law.
