What is included
Seven steps, no handoffs
Consultation
Phone, text or the form. We ask about rooms, light, privacy, timing and the budget range you have in mind, and tell you honestly if a stock product would serve you better than custom.
In-home measure
Free, across the metro. Every opening measured, mounting depth and squareness checked, samples held up in your own light. Usually 45-60 minutes for a whole house.
Design & selection
Fabric, opacity, mechanism, mount type, hardware and colour. We bring the sample books to you; nothing is chosen from a screen.
Written quote
Itemized per window: product, fabric, mechanism, hardware, labor and tax. Fixed before you pay a deposit.
Fabrication
Your order is cut, sewn and assembled to the measurements we took, and motors are bench-tested before they leave.
Delivery & installation
Our own crew mounts everything, programs motors, labels remotes by room and takes the packaging away.
Aftercare & repair
Care instructions on handover, written warranty, and service visits for motors, brackets and fabric when you need them.

We also fix what somebody else installed
Motor stopped responding, chain jammed, bracket pulled out of the drywall, fabric sagging on one side? We service window treatments we did not sell, at an hourly rate quoted before we start.
