How we handle your information
What we collect through forms and analytics, why, how long we keep it and how to have it deleted.
Draft placeholder. Per section 9 of the brief, legal texts are prepared or reviewed by the client's attorney or an approved service - we only publish them.
Information we collect
Contact details you submit through the measure request and contact forms: name, phone, ZIP code, email, preferred contact method, product interest and any photos you attach. Analytics cookies record usage in aggregate.
Why we collect it
To schedule your measure, prepare a quote, fulfil an order and respond to service requests. Marketing use only with separate consent.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for a defined period to be set by the client, then deleted. Order records are kept as long as tax and warranty obligations require.
Third parties
Email delivery, CRM, analytics and payment processing are handled by named third-party providers. Card details never reach our server - payments run on a PCI-compliant provider.
Your choices
You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it by emailing us. Cookie preferences are managed through the consent banner.
