The fold style sets the character: flat fold is tailored and modern, relaxed has a gentle curve at the bottom, hobbled keeps soft horizontal folds even when raised.
Every shade is sewn to the exact width and drop of your opening, with the fold spacing worked out so the stack sits where you want it when the shade is up.

Questions about this product
Are Roman shades good for large windows?
Up to a point. A very wide Roman gets heavy and the stack gets deep at the top. Past that width we usually recommend splitting into two shades or switching to drapery.
Can I get blackout in a Roman shade?
Yes, with a blackout backing. Note the stitch lines will show pinpoints of light on an inside mount - an outside mount hides them.
Are they child-safe?
Our cordless and motorized mechanisms have no accessible cord. We fit these by default where children or pets are in the house.
How much stack sits above the window?
Roughly 20-25% of the drop, depending on fold style. We measure so the stack clears the glass where possible.
